Will not do:

While I'm usually open to attempting just about anything, there are some things I am genuinely not skilled at, or genuinely do not enjoy, and will not attempt.

  • Mecha

  • Certain kinks/fetishes
    - vore
    - scat/watersports
    - feet
    - hyper/inflation
    - baby/de-aged
    - list subject to expansion as needed

  • Complex/overly detailed weaponry

  • Anything with a bigoted, homophobic, transphobic, racist, or generally hateful theme. Requests for such subject matter will get you blacklisted.

Usage:

As the creator, I retain all rights to the work itself.

  • Commercial usage is prohibited

  • Removal of credit is prohibited

  • Re-sale separate from sale of the whole character is prohibited

  • Inclusion in AI-generated artworks, or AI training, or anything at all involving AI is prohibited and will get you blacklisted.

  • Personal use (such as headers, wallpapers, lockscreens, printing it out for your wall, etc) is permitted
    - if used as a site/profile header or avatar/profile picture, credit must either remain intact and legible on the image or be listed somewhere easily visible

  • Re-sale as a package deal with the whole character is permitted but may not be valued at more than what was originally paid

Payment:

Payment is in USD and is typically due up-front. Some exceptions may be made for trusted, repeat, commissioners.

  • Payment via Ko-Fi preferred as they never take a fee

  • Payment via PayPal invoice available, but incurs an additional charge to offset the PayPal fees.

  • Full refunds available up to the sketch phase or if 12 months have passed with no completion or update.

  • Partial refunds available if a piece has reached the lines/flats phase or 6 months have passed with no completion or update.

  • * A complexity fee applies to all characters with a more difficult than average design. Such as a complicated body structure or complex markings or clothing. I reserve the right to decide what constitutes a "complex" character on a case-by-case basis.

I, as the artist, reserve the right to deny a request for any reason.I retain all rights to my work and may display it anywhere I display my non-commission artwork. Primarily Furaffinity and Patreon.My work schedule means I'm only able to work on art Friday and Saturday nights, and the speed of my work may vary due to energy and muse levels.
